Worse Internet Buying Experience Ever

What a joke, took my money through PayPal twice, delivered no product, PayPal & my bank showed payment received, this company said never got, had to file complaint with PayPal to get my money back. Ordered from Leisure Pro, heard from Scuba.com and Sunnysports.com. Who exactly is the company? Will never order from again.

Satisfied long term customer

I have been buying scuba and snorkel gear from Leisure Pro for more than 25 years. I have had exceptionally good service from everyone I have dealt with: sales, service, admin... you name it. I have bought every kind of gear for my favorite water sports, and not only have I gotten good advice when choosing, but good prices, timely delivery, and quick and on-point responses if and when rarely something comes in that is below perfect, which can be the case with any on line ordering. I would recommend Leisure Pro to anyone interested in good gear at good prices with good follow up by this vendor.

Buyers Beware: "Easy and Risk Free" return policy are empty words.

Bought 6mm Seac boots for friend. They arrived and I removed them from their clear bag and removed tags. Gave them to friend days later. They were too big. Called for an exchange. Was told to send them back. I paid the return shipping. Recieved an email saying they were "used" and that I did not rate an exchange. New boots!!! Used because I didn't have the clear bag and tags that came with them. Told me to pay shipping to get them back. Boots my friend or I can't use. "EASY AND RISK FREE" returns are empty words on this company's website. Buyers Beware! I will not buy from them again and will tell my expansive dive network to avoid them as well. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

Buyers Beware: "Easy and Risk Free" return policy a lie.

Bought Seac 6mm boots for a friend. Removed them from bag and removed tags. Gave them to her days later. They were too big. Called the company and was informed to send them back for an exchange. Paid to send them back. Was emailed and told the boots were "used" because I did not return them in the clear bag they came in and without tags. Brand new boots! They would not honor and exchange and required me to pay shipping for them to send them back to me. Boots I cannot use. "Easy and Risk Free" returns are empty words. I will no longer buy from this company and will inform my expansive diving network to avoid them as well. Terrible company. Terrible customer service.

Poor service all around

I had been warned about using this company but decided to give them a shot they mailed out my order and when it arrived it was missing items I had paid for. Once identified initially customer service was helpful but then kept putting me off over and over when finally the replacement parts arrived they were all in pieces (I had requested assembled) they stated i could send it back for them to assemble and reminded them of the fiasco I had gone through with shipping last time. I then received an email (generic) from the president of the company stating if there was anything he could do to please email. I sent 2 emails and never got a reply... they will NEVER get my money again. Garbage company with pathetic customer service.

They claim to have the best return…

They claim to have the best return policy out there but you have to pay return shipping. Personally I would use Amazon. Just take returns to your local whole foods free of charge.

Bad Customer Service

Ordered a $1,200 dive rig. Paid with credit card. Leisure Pro would not ship anywhere but my credit card billing address. Called Customer service, Very Very rude. They would not help. Stated this was their policy. Bought items elsewhere (with same credit card). I would stay away from this company.

Not shipping to Australia anymore

Suddenly they are not shipping to Australia ( Jan 2021 ) but will not explain why or when they will !

Yes you can use an onforwarding service but that almost doubled the freight cost and made the purchase uneconomical.

Total con job do not buy from these crooks

I bought the paralenz dive camera it set on my desk in box for a week we found out our dive trip is in question so I sent it back in original box the shipping box was tore so I replaced it with a new shipping box and they won't refund my money they said the reason they wouldn't is the shipping box has to be original also and I guess since I touched it it's not in new condition there's people are crooks stay away from them. The camera was 749.00 a lot of money to be screwed out of
